We are delighted to welcome Thomas Jachec to the Akcela team. Thomas joins after completing his undergraduate studies in Business and Management from the University of Portsmouth, where he achieved a First Class degree.
Thomas has been brought into the Akcela team to gain experience working in a commercial environment, whilst developing opportunities for Akcela within Norfolk and the East of England. Director James Adams sees this as a great opportunity for both Akcela and Thomas.

When we were discussing what we are looking for, Thomas was quick to utilise his academic knowledge and apply the models to the situations we were discussing. Working closely with Matt, Mark and I, we feel we can bolster this academic underpinning for Thomas, and bring that knowledge on further with more real world applications.”
“We are also aware of the potential we have in offering boutique management consultancy services in Norfolk and East Anglia. Right now, almost 80% of our work is either based in London, or with partners abroad. We feel that Norfolk and East Anglia is our home, so we want to focus more on that area of the business. Part of that role with Thomas is to refocus our efforts on gaining more momentum here in East Anglia.”
Thomas will be attending our Norfolk Chamber of Commerce meetings in the near future, as well as beginning to work with existing clients. Thomas will be updating some knowledge articles shortly on the Akcela website, so you can keep track of his work with clients and Akcela in general.
