When Akcela started, the goal was simple. To support businesses to make decisions that will allow them to reach their full potential. After many years of working in corporate management roles, and completing many consultancy based projects, it became clear that the role of a great consultancy, is to deliver value. We felt we could deliver this, not only to our clients, but also to our people.

To deliver this, we ensure our team adhere to the best practices and conduct outlined by the institute of consulting. This, alongside our formal management consultancy training ensures a commitment to continued professional development. We believe that our people are the only ones that have the ability to deliver value, to do that, we have to allow them the freedom and training to do so.
